To cancel your Aura Health subscription, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Aura app on your device and go to Me.
2. Tap on the Menu (☰).
3. Choose Contact Us > I want to cancel my subscription.
4. Select Continue unsubscribing > Choose What's not working out for you?
5. Tap the Unsubscribe button below.

Please note that the account remains active for the period that you paid for. If you still want to cancel your Aura plan online, follow these steps:

1. When you are signed in to Aura.com, hover over the gear wheel and select Membership.
2. Click Cancel membership.
3. You will be presented with two options to cancel your membership. You may call Aura to discuss your plan and address any concerns before cancelling or you may select Cancel online to proceed with your cancellation.
4. Please provide feedback as to why you are cancelling. We ask for this to see if we can help in any way, and your feedback is important to help us improve our products.
5. Once you select a reason, click Cancel Membership.
6. Click on Continue Cancellation.
